18.1 Assumption of Responsibilities of the Clerk of the Superior Court

The powers, duties and responsibilities of the Clerk of the Superior Court as performed by the County Clerk that are specified in Government Code sections 69841, 69842, 69843, 69844, 69844.5, 69844.7, 69845, 69845.5, 69846, 69846.5, 69847 and 69848 shall be exercised or performed by the Superior Court Executive Officer.
